We don't store personal information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of one of our services.

Information We Collect
Sales-Related Activities
In the course of marketing our Services, we will collect information on customers or potential customers in the course of doing business. This may include names, job titles and roles, current employers, employer's addresses, as well as contact information such as email addresses or phone numbers. For example, if you reach out to us using our Contact Us form, we will collect your name and email address and/or phone number.
Website Visitors
Payload Networks collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Payload Networks' purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Payload Networks' visitors use its website. From time to time, Payload Networks may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.
Service-Related Activities

Payload Networks may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. For instance, Payload Networks may monitor common landing pages or pages related to our services to ensure good customer engagement. Payload Networks may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, Payload Networks does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.
FULFILLING OUR SERVICES

We generally delete closed account information and will de-personalize any logs or other backup information through the deletion process within thirty (30) days of account closure, except as noted below.
Data Retention
We retain the personal information you provide while your account is in existence or as needed to provide you services. We may retain your personal information even after you have closed your account if retention is reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations, meet regulatory requirements, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce this Privacy Policy. We may retain personal information, for a limited period of time, if requested by law enforcement.

Payload Networks may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in Payload Networks’ sole discretion. Payload Networks encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy. Your continued use of this site after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.
Business Transfers
If Payload Networks, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that Payload Networks goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of Payload Networks may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.
Security and Breach Notification
Payload Networks is committed to the security of your information, and has in place physical, administrative and technical measures designed to prevent unauthorized access to that information. Payload Networks' security policies cover the management of security for both its internal operations as well as the services. These policies, which are aligned with the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standard, govern all areas of security applicable to services and apply to all Payload Networks employees.
Payload Networks is also committed to reducing risks of human error, theft, fraud, and misuse of Payload Networks facilities. Payload Networks’ efforts include making personnel aware of security policies and training employees to implement security policies. Payload Networks employees are required to maintain the confidentiality of services data. Employees’ obligations include written confidentiality agreements, regular training on information protection, and compliance with company policies concerning protection of confidential information.
Payload Networks promptly evaluates and responds to incidents that create any suspicion of unauthorized handling of services data. Payload Networks Management is informed of such incidents and, depending on the nature of the activity, define escalation paths and response teams to address the incidents. If Payload Networks determines that your services data has been misappropriated (including by a Payload Networks employee) or otherwise wrongly acquired by a third party, Payload Networks will promptly report such misappropriation or acquisition to you.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our customers who are California residents to request and obtain from us a list of what personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year and the names and addresses of those third parties. Requests may be made only once per year and are free of charge. Under Section 1798.83, we currently do not share any personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
The California Consumer Privacy Act, as of January 1, 2020, gives the citizens of the State of California new rights. Though Payload Networks does not meet the thresholds for applicability, we do uphold the principles of the act.
Cross Border Transfers
Personal information may be transferred, accessed and stored globally as necessary in accordance with this privacy policy.
GDPR Compliance
The nature of Payload Networks’ business is to lawfully protect the data subject’s vital interests. The European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) mentions IT security as a legitimate interest. Payload Networks provides services that are designed to identify security issues. The information collected and generated by our services is often highly sensitive. Therefore to ensure the highest standards possible, Payload Networks maintains GDPR compliance with both internal business processes and with respect to the services we perform for clients.
